Zero Pack is a brand owned and operated by Devlabdhi Packers. All transactions, returns, and refunds are processed under the legal entity Devlabdhi Packers.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Custom printed cartons, sale items, opened products, and bulk orders are strictly non-returnable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Return requests must be initiated via our website or by contacting support.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products should be unused and in resalable condition at the time of return.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Devlabdhi Packers (Brand: Zero Pack) will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay reversal.
- Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after inspection and approval of returned products.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom printed or personalized packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened products or partially used packaging
- Bulk orders or products returned under mutual agreement
Disclaimers
- Minor variations in color, size, or design due to printing processes or production batches shall not be considered defects.
- Zero Pack (operated by Devlabdhi Packers) is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
